COLLABORATION WITH HARLEY DAVIDSON PARIS
For Harley-Davidson Paris Bastille, Sophie Inard created a limited edition of motorcycle helmets, baseball bats, and skateboards, each wrapped in crochet.
The encounter between Harley bikers and her soft granny squares couldn’t be more unexpected. That tension, between rebellion and tenderness, is exactly what she loves to explore.
FASHION SHOW AT PALAIS GALLIERA, PARIS
Sophie Inard was invited to take part in the fashion show organized by UAMEP – Union pour une Autre Mode Est Possible at the Palais Galliera, Paris’s Fashion Museum. She presented five of her pieces on the runway, a dialogue between art, textile, and movement.

MERCI PARIS
The iconic concept store Merci invited Sophie Inard to present her work in its Paris flagship.
Faced with the challenge of making her crochet-covered objects “useful,” she decided to wrap glass apothecary bottles, whisky jars, and detergent cans in handmade crochet nets, transforming them into poetic vases.
The series was produced in collaboration with a group of retired women artisans, combining care, craft, and creativity.
Together, they created 150 unique pieces in just a few weeks, an intense yet joyful experience that bridged art, community, and everyday life.
CINEMA FESTIVAL trophies
Sophie Inard was invited to design the trophies for the 2023 international short-film festival “Les Regards de l’ICART,” whose theme was The Senses.
She chose to wrap cinema clappers in crochet, bringing together sound, sight, and touch in a single object.
A small, soft tribute to one of cinema’s most iconic symbols.
